Change programs deserve to succeed
Epilog was established out of a desire to improve project outcomes and improve the experience of consulting at the same time. In particular, we hate seeing projects miss their mark, waste money or disappoint end users. We want all change initiatives to fulfil their potential, and leave a lasting legacy. We also want to bring greater value and integrity to consulting services by doing things a little differently.
We work with boards, senior leaders, change agents and program teams in corporate, government and non-profit organisations across multiple geographies.
This is how we get better results & why clients enjoy working with us.
